Submission Procedure

EAPRIL Registrations August Open

UPDATE: Submissions are now closed! Submissions are exclusively open to researchers affiliated with Portuguese institutes.

Submission guidelines

Submissions for this conference can only be processed when done through our websystem. We will not accept submissions by e-mail.

Submissions are only allowed in English. Submissions written in another language than English will not be accepted for review!

Submission steps

1. Fill out the contact details and general questions related to your submission on our submission website

2. Depending on which contribution type you wish to submit (e.g. present & discuss session, workshop, roundtable session,….), you are required to download the EAPRIL template for the contribution type of your choice. You can download these templates here:

These templates include the submission questions which you need to fill out. Once you have created your submission file, save it on your computer, and upload it subsequently under the ‘attachment’ section on our submission website (link will be updated soon). To ensure a blind review process, please make sure that you name your file the title of your contribution (or the first words of your title), and not your own name or contact details. Also make sure that you do not use &, @ or other symbols in the name of your file, as this will generate an error when opening the document.

3. If you have filled out all details and have uploaded your final submission file in attachment, click ‘submit’.

4. Shortly hereafter, you should receive a confirmation mail of your submission.

More information about the submission formats can be found on the presentation formats page.

Note that the submission format allows you to choose your preferred Cloud theme within the conference. More information on these Clouds can be found here. You will also be asked to choose 3 keywords. You may find the full list of possible keywords here.

If you would have any questions or problems, please don’t hesitate to contact the EAPRIL Office
